Teaching to me is like sending out thousands of mini 'movement invitations' rather than rule books and then not getting offended if they don't show up to the party on time or at all!.

Sometimes teaching takes a 'macro' amount of patience.

Patience with ourselves and all we have to learn.

Patience with our clients and the hurdles they face or things they aren't even aware of. Sometimes it can seem like you are never going to make it, will never have a breakthrough moment and you become riddled with frustration, judgement or fear.  

In these moments I like to write little letters or invitations to my clients in my journal.

I obviously don't give them to them physically but it just brings a softness back into my teaching and reminds me of my unique way! I invite you to do the same!⁣
